Juan who works at the K Tower is fantastic. He was kind m, thoughtful, and funny. The rest of the staff is top notch and helpful. Overall the hotel is a bit pricey, but the service is great. To note one room has at least nine different switches for lights!

Beautiful « hotel within a hotel »… very comfortable well appointed room, super comfy king bed and a great bathroom. Very clean and safe… rooftop pool/restaurant/bar was awesome perk, too!
Hands down the nicest hotel in Tijauan. We stay here every time and will continue to. Nicest staff, comfortable beds. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Just do yourself a favor and book it.
My friend and I had an amazing stay at K Tower. everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, the upstairs bar and restaurant were fantastic. great atmosphere, great drinks, and great food. We especially loved spending time by the pool, relaxing with drinks and soaking in the sun. It was the perfect place to unwind. The staff really made the experience exceptional. The bartenders were friendly, attentive, and genuinely fun to be around. The front desk concierge deserves special recognition, I accidentally left some personal items in the room, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was returned to me quickly. That level of care really stood out. Overall, K Tower is stylish, welcoming, and run by an incredible team. We had such a great time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
I go to TJ often for my dental appointments and this was my first time staying at K Tower! My experience was beyond amazing that I would rather come to this hotel and spend a few days rather than going to Vegas. The rooftop pool was amazing with beautiful views and we were able to swim until 12am! Juan went above and beyond to help us during our entire stay there and so did the rest of the staff. When you think of TJ, you don’t think of sushi, but the rooftop sushi bar was actually fresher than most places in California! I wish I could give this place more stars… it was such a wonderful time and the room was also beautiful!
The staff is super friendly/hospitable...even b4 u get out of yoiur car! They will help u carry your luggage, help you get your keys, take you to your room and help you plan ur stay for the day or weekmd! The roof top lounge/pool/bar and restauramt is TOP notch. I absolutely fell in love with the place and what Lucerne+Ktower offer together.
Great ! Rooms are big , new and clean Fantastic hotel for couples as well ! The team is fantastic! Wifi was not working well , the breakfast is a bit poor and the gym needs to be upgraded. Overall 4 out of 5
